You're looking at about 6 yards of cushion Jenkins is giving up right there. Its pretty damn easy to bite on that fake using the technique Jenkins was using right there. He's very aggresive.

That is true but Jenkins isn't strictly a press corner. He is good at both. It's not like Jenkins had some unfair disadvantage.

My favorite WR this year is Sterling Sheperd. He is the best route runner of this class, imo, but he's not quite 5' 11" and right around 195. He's not just a slot guy either and doesn't have explosive long speed but he knows how to come out of breaks with burst and can block out DB's. He's physical at the LOS to get off and savvy enough to know when to sit down in a zone. He's not a 2nd round WR, imo, but he might not be there at that comp pick either.

"ESPN draft analyst Mel Kiper Jr. noted that Oklahoma WR Sterling Shepard "showed everyone that the tape didn't lie" through his workouts at the NFL Scouting Combine.

Sheppard showed off not just his typical wideout skill-set with a 4.48-second 40-yard dash, 41-inch vertical leap and 123-inch broad jump, he also turned in a strength clinic with his 20 reps on the bench press. For reference's sake, that was four more than Kansas State G Cody Whitehair, who one scout recently called "probably the best guard in the draft." Among the highest on Shepard are NFL.com's Matt Harmon and former NFL scout John Middlekauff, with Middlekauff calling him his favorite wide receiver in the draft and Harmon enamored with the 5-foot-10, 195-pounder's route-running. Kiper believes Sterling's locked himself up a second-round selection, but given just how high some analysts are on him, if an NFL team similarly falls in love there's no reason he won't have a chance to sneak into the back end of the first round."-Rotoworld
