Defense defense defense.

Myself, I need to see what BQ does with FA first. I'm slowly preparing myself to see Reiff on the left side one more season. Don't see a replacement in FA now. Love Okung, but will he stay healthy? Not sure anyone at 16 pushes Reiff to the right or inside.

So it's defense defense for me. Ragland ILB or DE in 1st and a DT in 2nd and Deion Jones OLB with the 3rd comp if he's there.

Nice.

For me, I want to solve RT and DT through FA. Schwartz is a damn good option for the Lions on the right side. I like Damon Harrison at DT and brind Ngata and Walker back.

I don't like LB at 16, its too early for me. I'd rather take a CB and go LB in the 2nd if needed.

I've been looking more at DE and ILB first as the drop off comes quick for talent to me. DT is deeper and there isn't one who seems head shoulders above the rest. Get a lot of the same with the first 5-7 DTs.

I was really huge on Byard S from MTSU for a 4th-5th pick. Not so good at the Senior Bowl and not at the combine. Haven't looked at why no combine yet? Trying to get Smitty to google it.

without getting Ramsey, Hargreaves as CB, as they all take time to develop, I believe it's a risky adventure taking one of the remaining CB's in round 1, imo

I'd rather see FA CB Smith, Jenkins or Hayward in the loop. imo. experience in NFL and still young could provide more immediate impact

Defense all the way.

Gold Medal-
Hargraves, Rankins, Lawson, Jack, Buckner, Ogbah or Lee.

Silver Medal-
A RT like Conklin or Stanley, that position was a nightmare last season.

Bronze Medal-
Zeke Elliot or Corey Coleman. Those dude's are flat out studs.

While I agree Blue, all the players still have to develop no matter what. I'd rather have Smith or Jenkins also but I think other teams will make better offers to those guys. I like Hayward though too.

Yeah Rolling,

Coleman or Elliot would be great, imo. Coleman is explosive as hell and Elliot is the truth.

Hargreaves will most likely never make it out of top ten and neither will Ramsey

Quinn has gotten some praise for his early moves. Anxiously awaiting the resigning of Ngata. Quinn will become a instant POS and it will be SOL talk yet again.

Yeah, the MM in me would like either of those guys but I wouldn't want to pass on defense this year after seeing Denver's take them to the promised land this past season.

I get the LB theory, not too many Ragland's in the draft though. I'm just going to watch and see Quinn's plan unfold between FA and the draft. I have to accept his ideas, as I wanted change so bad.

Schwartz would be a great addition and Ola would become great depth IMO.

I think the Lions should definitely go with the best available long snapper.
