What's up with the NCAA sending a babysitter to PSU?

Isn't this the time Penn State needs one the least? I have a feeling they will be the most well behaved university in the country for the next 4 years.

They should do this more regularly. The compliance office should be funded by schools but work for the NCAA.

I think Iowa football should get a babysitter. Maybe 2. Maybe they can hold on to a decent RB. The projected starter will be a true freshman who got caught drunk driving earlier this summer (which occurred after he committed). He should fit right in at Iowa City.
