    When I was out in Vegas with Missus Chasin' and her parents we went to Caesar's for their breakfast shindig - I had my first experience with a lox & cream cheese omelet. It was topped with capers and Bermuda onion....

    There's a place I frequent on occasion that makes "Cajun cakes benedict" - sub crawfish and bay shrimp for lump crab meat and mix Old Bey in the binder.

    Yeah, I could polish off like five orders of that if I were okay with gluttony and I wouldn't even have to be high to finish it all...

    anyone make frittatatatas without baking them, just using a pan
