to make for a dinner. Looking to try something new, or old............or just what do you like

Chorizo con Huevos

crumble and fry 1/2 pound of chorizo
sauté in half bell pepper chopped
crack 4 eggs in a scramble into hot mess
cook stirring occasionally until eggs are set
roll it up in warm flour tortillas

Hank isn't though. I am fairly certain he told a rather large lie when he said:

For me, breakfast for dinner is in my top 107 dinner options. I like it very much, but Weed is much higher on things I like better. That being said, admittedly, Hank may have been referencing only dinner choices that he likes.

You could try your hand at a frittata. Something else I like to do is chop up a bunch of kale, wilt it down in a frying pan then get it crispy and crack 2-3 eggs in there and fry them up in the middle of it all.

Yep, even though I hate ale with the fire of a thousand suns, my first thought was a frittata. They are a great way to use up all sorts of things in the fridge, easy, and tasty.
A strata or savory bread pudding would be good, too.

2 pieces of toast.
Slice of fried ham
Fried egg
PB & J
slice of processed cheese
syrup

Toast with PB & J on bottom level, with fried ham on it.

2nd piece of toast on top, slice of processed cheese with fried egg

Syrup and salt and pepper to taste.

Mmmmmm goodness.....

I love everything save for the PB & J
