What’s the likelihood Harris gets it right?

I dont follow the NBA, so I dont know what drama happened in Philly. Are the Sixers good? Was the current GM/Coaching structure in Philly the first atrempt at structure by Harris?

I do follow the NHL. The Devils are very good and loaded with great prospects. At the same time, I dont follow them closely enough to know if this was the first attempt at GM/Coaching steucture that Harris made for the Devils.

Also, I dont feel like doing that research.

So in other words, what do you folks know about the likelihood of Harris getting this GM/Coaching combo right based on past precedence?
