I'm with you, I really like it. The episodes can be somewhat "slow" by traditional standards, but I think it is building tension and going to lead to some pretty dramatic stuff. Hopkins is killing it.

I am tempted to re-watch it all over, binge-style, from the beginning, as I am certain there are nuances that I've missed.

It is not re-watchable yet. Once the story becomes somewhat clear, THEN it will be re-watchable. But right now it is still way too confusing to bother with a binge.

I think that is what is going on. I have no spoilery info, though. I just suspect that is what is happening. What scenes fit where, though? That is the part that is tough right now.

I think the two friends that go to westworld is "the past". Teddy and the man in black is "the present". Dolores is the oldest host, so she is in both frames, and obviously doesn't change in appearance as a host.

Looks like the anomaly that caused the problem 30 some years ago was the actual first Westworld movie.
Very clever if that's where they are going.

Hopkins is amazing. I love how you can't discern whether he is good or bad. This show is excellent.

He's awesome in this. The scene with Evan Rachel Wood a couple weeks ago (Are we old friends?) and the scene with Ed Harris in the bar were both great.

Thandie Newton is tremendous in this too.
