Via my extremely scientific method, I would go with West "By God" Virginia!

Why?

I have been to 4 West Virginia Games, and the Mountaineers are (4-0).
I have been to 8 Mizzou Games, and the Tigers are (2-6).

4-0 = 100.00%
2-6 = 25%

100% is better than 25%

Ergo, West Virginia will beat Mizzou today.
