Anybody know how to disable or auto-mute the video ads?

I don't use an adblock or anything because I know the banner ads are important for keeping the Hoop free, but the video ads are too much.

EDIT: Especially when the same damned Scion video ad shows up in all three bottom ad spots.

I've had similar issues. I've had the Hoop open in a different tab while browsing another site, or even while I'm doing work in another application, then 20 minutes later I start hearing an ad play...took me a while to go thru my open tabs to realize it was the Hoop.

It's finally pushed me over the edge and I've ad blocked this site for the first time ever.

I installed the "mute tab" extension, but it will never mute because it is looking for media elements and doesn't consider the ads media. So, onto the naughty list.

Hope they get it worked out soon and I can re-enable it. Just don't auto play shit, and if you do, don't allow audio. I watch TV on my PC while working (and goofing off) and I don't want to hear three of the same things over top of it.

PM Hammer and let him know. He can disable the bottom video ads for your account. That way you can keep the ad block off and still help pay some of the bills. Worked great for me.
