Welp. When you are 7 back of the Nuts and 12.5 back of the Bitches, I doubt very much if that is not going to change. Football is here and I'll be doing my annual fade-away to take care of business over on the football forums. I'll keep an eye on the Dildoes, but I think this year is done.
We shall see jvett. I am skeptical but I know you will have eternal optimism.
So you're saying there's a chance!Well, not quite eternal. LOL. And based on the easier schedules of CHI, AZ and MIL, obviously, Phils chances are tough. But as I said, things happen, like MIL’s Yelich is now out for the year. It’s actually amazing the Phils are still in the running with the team losing all of Nola’s last four starts.
So you're saying there's a chance!
Yeah, that is a tough schedule. The Indians are also in the wild card race in the AL and the Marlins seem to give them trouble. But Dickerson has been great and I like our bench now with Bruce back.Yup! There’s four teams behind the Cubs with 74-76 wins. That is close. Each team has problems. I think Hoskins will have to hit more though. Only .200 this month. As I said above, Phils have a tougher schedule than the others, so it does seem unlikely.
it's just so exhausting to see if they can pull of a WC. such a seesaw, don't know if it's better to be stuck in the air riding high for a moment only to know you can be dropped at a seconds notice or staying grounded watching a team continually flail about, but knowing how this works and somehow nature is going to force your legs to move and you'll be the one right back up there in a second. .
