Game Thread: Week 5, Los Angeles Rams @ Seattle Seahawks, 10/07/2018, 1:25 PM PDT

In light of the marvelous and somewhat dominant play of the Rams with the Vikings and a short week, we rebound with some rest and head north to play the Seahawks in their stadium. I suspect that McVay will have his team ready to play in this environment and we will come rolling into town with Big Mo on our side. I suspect we will take it to the Seahawks and I am confident we will come home 5-0.

Seahawks are now second in the division after winning today at a solid 2-2, Don’t know the extent of the Earl Thomas injury. Rams should win this, hopefully they do. Can’t overlook any opponent.

Sounds like he's done for the year. I'm just glad that we're going up there early in the season for a change instead of the final week or two of it.

As I predicted for the Vikings game, our offense would be based on the passing game. Also, that Donald had his few games to warm up like last year and would wreak havoc for Cousins.

For the Seahawks, I thought it would be a Gurley game. However, now that Earl Thomas is out, I can see McVay putting the petal to the metal in the passing game again. However, I expect Gurley to have his best game yet with the extra rest.

The Vikings game showcased the Rams passing game, it had to because we were letting the Vikings hang too close. An adjustment period for the loss of Talib has hampered the defense but I think they put it together in Seattle. The defense will come to play after a nice long rest and handle the Seahawks

Dam Vikings lose Everson Griffin right before we play them. Now Earl Thomas is out.

Doug Baldwin should be closer to 100% though. Mike Davis was surprisingly effective in place of Carson at RB last week.

In some of the recent vids about the development of Goff under McVay posted here, I almost had a verp when I saw the clip of the Drama Queen standing next to Snead during the call of the draft pick three years hence. What a complete dufus that little bastard has become to be known throughout the league and nobody wants his sorry ass anywhere near a head coaching position in the pros and apparently now in the college ranks. Good grief, the thought that we tolerated that idiot for 5 years makes me want to hurl!
