I don't know, they gave you the '92 snow bowl. So there was that. They've fucked with us since the Great War broke out.

https://www.google.com/amp/www.fbsc...l-strength-of-schedule-rankings-espn-fpi/amp/It's actually not a truth nor is it universally accepted. The B1G routinely schedules major OOC games. Please provide quotes or information from these "experts" that "universally accept" your load of bullshit.
1. You posted two links that show the same data
1. You posted two links that show the same data
2. It's old data that isn't relevant
3. ESPN's FPI, the metric this data is based on, is absolutely retarded. Don't believe me? Take a look:
ESPN Football Power Index - 2017 - ESPN
I was more ripping the actual FPI rankings themselves. They have Ohio State #2 in the nation right now. Even I think that's a load of bullshit. There aren't many predictive SOS metrics out there, at least that I'm aware of, outside of ESPN's FPI based metric formula. According to that, Nebraska has the hardest remaining schedule in the B1G and LSU has the hardest remaining schedule in the SEC(which I think makes sense). Out of the 10 easiest remaining P5 schedules; 5 SEC schools are represented and 3 B1G schools are represented.
If you're looking for who's played the hardest schedules thus far, I've always preferred ColleyMatrix. His top 10 SOS's as of now are as follows:
1. Florida State
2. Florida
3. Central Florida
4. Arizona State
5. Boston College
6. Boise State
7. USC
8. Stanford
9. Kent State
10. Purdue
Whether you agree or disagree, he treats all teams as equal heading into the season. At this point, his SOS #'s probably aren't completely accurate just because the better teams are still trying to be identified, but by week 8 and after I've always preferred his.

I've generally used teamrankings.com for the past few years. They do a pretty decent job of putting out a respectable predictive SOS.
NCAA College Football Strength of Schedule Rankings & Ratings
Hard to argue with his that I can see.

Those are predictive. Are those SOS numbers in the link predictive or as they stand now? They seem to be as it stands now, but wasn't sure?
Those are predictive.
You may have linked the wrong thing. I'm under the impression that this is as of now?

Check out the description on the side:You may have linked the wrong thing. I'm under the impression that this is as of now? I only ask because there's a drop down option where it says "Future SOS Ratings and Rankings"

Check out the description on the side:
"Designed exclusively for predictive purposes, these ratings improve upon the old ratings in several ways, most notably by incorporating a preseason rating for each team that improves early season accuracy."
Oh sorry, no it's for the entire season overall, not just the remaining games.I think I understand it. They are basically saying using predictive measures this is how the SOS's will be at years end. Not necessarily who has the toughest schedules remaining.

LSU needs an AD change. Ed fucking Orgeron has a buyout of like 12 million.
