The entire league and the overwhelming majority of fans want to see Mahomes be the face of the League and not anybody from the evil Patriots.

Well, it not a lie. But I thought the game plan last night was solid, I think the execution sucked.

He's the face of the league for sure, but I don't think there is some conspiracy to make sure he gets special treatment or special calls.

And I'll keep saying it. He seems (to me) to be losing the razor edge he's always had. It seems to get a bit more dull every year.

Considering the offensive line they had to work with last night, I don't think things could have gone much better. If your "execution" is referencing the bad mistakes, I agree. Those were on individuals like Hoyer, McCourty and Edelman. Overall, if those screw ups hadn't happened, this would have been a totally different game. That is pro football and we have to take the good with the bad. Watching the OL against the Chiefs makes me wish Scar could come back for one more camp.

Not surprisingly, belichick had the right game plan. Only rush 3 or 4. No blitzing. Try to control the clock on offense. Their QB's just sucked.

Just curious, what else could he have been referencing? I don't think he was implying they failed an attempt to literally execute Mahomes.

He may, in fact, receive special consideration at times because he is the latest and greatest golden child to knock the Patriots of the top, but no, not due to an actual conspiracy.

Hoyer for his bad play, and Bill for:
a) Not starting Stiddy
Or
b) Not pulling Hoyer sooner.
