I think it was a good idea, though with caution and reservation. The NBA and NHL operated well, but the NFL really can't build a bubble. I think these responses are good.

It's not like the athletes are being exposed to certain death. They are all low risk with their biggest risk being the chance of exposing others in their family who may be higher risk.

Anyone notice that nearly every stadium had fans yesterday? KC just couldn't play in an empty stadium and 22,000 people for their first home game. All were supposed to be masked and separated. By the end of the first quarter about 200 of them were all together no masks right behind the KC bench. Owners can't pass up the concession money. Others will do anything to keep the cap ass close as possible to where it is today.

Let's see if the Chiefs or the NFL enforce the "social distancing" tonight.

If Mahomes tests positive, think the Chiefs will be so eager to play a game to keep the schedule intact? How about, Watson, Jackson, Brees or Brady?? What if they all come down positive next week? Think the NFL will play the games or have a 14 day bye period until they can all come back?? Or has this week's decision and playing without a starting QB because of Covid become the latest standard??

Oh I think most would agree they have a shot, sure, anything can happen. It's more about the odds to me what are the odds the Pats can pull it of without their starting QB, on the road against a healthy SB champion. I just think it's a big mountain to climb. If they win I will be happy I just think it a lot to expect.

If the defense play's lights out there is hope because we can run the ball. Although I expect they are not expecting much of a running game from Hoyer. I am really liking the leap Winovich has taken
