I can see that as when I was a kid about 1/2 the people in our unincorporated town made their own wine, and 1/4 of those made brandy out of it. Unincorporated town means 1 Catholic church, 2 taverns and 12 houses, about 1/2 of which didn't get a phone until about 1975
