Tomlin is an idiot. Why the fuck are you throwing in coverage against Woolen? Woolen is HORRIBLE against the run and can't tackle for shit, but he's one of the best cover corners in the NFL... Tomlin as I've said is an idiot.. inherited great ownership and a SuperBowl from Cowher...

Before his benching, Woolen was still a great cover corner... teams with smart coaching just knew "Run his direction, he can't pick up a block/tackle/runner for the life of him" which is why he was knocked for his performance... throwing against him is still one of the dumbest things you can do... unless you're hoping team Zebra (which they have been) is on your side.

Geno locked in harder than a Jew seeing a dollar on the street, run up the predictable gut... then a pass thrown short of the first down... eh Seattle football..

I believe it's more about fundamentals. That was played perfectly, didn't give any reason to throw a flag. The 3-4 weeks before the benching, he was flagged often on those same throws.
