I really don't like the trade up in the 1st round. If you're not a good team, that's average or below, you're going after 1 guy when what you really need is guys in lots of places. Now they put all their eggs in 1 basket and if the egg cracks they starve for another year, and in the Panthers' case, 2 years. That just doesn't make sense to me. You rob yourself of the ability to build a team. This isn't the NBA where 1 guy can make you, it's the NFL where 1 guy can break you.
