Welp... It looked like the Bears were going to have a very favorable afternoon. Carolina lost. Then, if Denver didn't blow a 20 point lead; the Bears would have amazingly just about controlled their own playoff destiny. Pending Philly/NE.
Not that it likely matters at the end of the day. I've got a bad feeling about this one. I just like to keep dreaming. As I've said... it's not like we have a first round pick to tank for.
News on Montgomery should come in soon here. If he's out it looks like Ryan Nall will get his first extended action.
Trubisky has a 45 QB Rating 0 TD's 2 INT's when pressured. The Rams pressure QB's on the highest percent of drop-backs in the NFL (36%). Not exactly loving this matchup. But their offense has its own set of issues. They're bringing in guys off of the street to play O-line and Kupp has really struggled.
All I know? This game shouldn't be on prime-time.
