Coaching... Just stupid decision making throughout the game. Going for all those 2-pt conversions was stupid. Not to mention not involving Bell on those plays? And passing 15yds down the field on a 3rd & 9 just outside of Boswell's range instead of gaining some positive yards and presenting him a more manageable ~48yd FG? Instead you try a 55+yarder which has never been done at Heinz field? Good God. Haley coached a good game plan, but the 2-pt failures really haunted them. If all they needed was a FG on that last drive from the offense they could have took more time off the clock. Instead, Ben did what he needed to and pushed the ball down for a TD but left too much time on the clock. And at what point are we going to start throwing Butler on the hot seat? Defense has talent, but so far the numbers aren't adding up. Butler needs to be held accountable. C-

Offense... Decent rebound performance for the most part. Hats off to Ben though. He gritted this one out and played like a true leader. O-line wasn't protecting very well. Ben was flushed out of the pocket constantly. B

Defense... Nothing new to say at this point. This unit is what it is. A bad secondary coupled with a front 7 that rarely generates much pass rush. Throw in horrid tackling, and the results are a bottom feeding unit. They have the ability to play like a top 10 defense, but they are far too inconsistent between each series. You never know which unit is going to come out onto the field each drive. C-

Overall... Better offensive performance for the most part, but Dallas was the better overall team and it showed. Coaching still proves to be a major flaw with this team. They are far too undisciplined and nobody seems to be held accountable. This team needs leaders, because we know the coaches aren't going to do anything about it. C+

Outlook... Back on the road next week to Cleveland. Should be a very meaningful game for both parties. Steelers are spiraling out of control and are frantically trying to keep their grip in the AFCN. This game is a must-win. Thankfully its the Brownies. Cleveland has been playing fairly well though so its not a for-sure win. I could easily see the Browns upset the Steelers next week. If that happens, look out...

I thought the Steelers really battled. This Dallas team is good and getting better - They're probably one of the best teams in football right now. Easily the most entertaining game I watched this year.

I've almost completely lost faith in Tomlin. We've questioned it many times over the last 3-4 years, but somehow he has always found a way to right the ship and make the team look competitive. But now I'm starting to think its the players, particularly Ben, making him look good all these years. I would need to consistently see a much more fired up group play to some extreme levels for me to let Tomlin off the leash. And cut it out with the fuckin 2-pt conversions. That shit is only cool if you're converting them. After 2 failed attempts I would say its safe to stop fucking trying them.

Butler was already suspect, and hasn't successfully passed that 3-yr testing period yet, so I have no emotional attachment to him. The team could can his ass this morning and I wouldn't care at all.

If you look at the history, Tomlin really hasn't done anything. It was the Chin's team that took Tomlin to the Super Bowl and won....Yes there was the Super Bowl with Green Bay, but we saw how that turned out!!!!
Tomlin is a good D coordinator, but I don't believe he is a good Head Coach. This is a time where the Chin would be screaming and spit flying off that lip, and people would get it in their head real fast, they are playing like shit!!!
Tomlin's philosophy bullshit is getting 0 results!!!!
