It feels like one of those series where the teams are evenly matched but it’s blowout after blowout. That happened a lot during the Cavs-W’s finals especially the year the Cavs won. Close game 1 then blowouts all throughout the series, if it gets to a game 7 you better believe the game will be close. Those series are always weird. W’s need the next one

Basketball is a team sport. Screens are an important part of good offense.

Who the best 1 on 1 player is is almost entirely irrelevant to how good someone is at impacting winning in a basketball game. Kyrie Irving might be the best 1 on 1 player today, and he doesn’t appear to help his teams win all that much.

And aside from that, Klay is past prime after 2 major injuries. And even then, nobody is trying to compare Klay to Kobe.

True, Green is a shell of himself and has always been a divisive force on the team. Thompson is on the downside but Curry is as good as he ever was
The additions of Wiggins and Poole should offset this but I think it is the dysfunction rather than the lack of talent that is holding the team back and it all starts with Green

Lakers will win game 4 more so due to the mysterious dysfunction of the Warriors than their own skill. Curry will not allow the warriors to lose game 5 at home but their inability to finish on the road will cost them game six and the Lakers move on only to be knocked out by the Suns in the next round

The problem is that Wiggins and Poole aren't as good as Green and Thompson. That's why it's hard to extend dynasties...when the main guys start aging out, it's virtually impossible to replace them with someone as good.
