Doob's take: 2 teams going in different directions. Not too long ago, Capitals looked like they had a firm grip on 2nd place in the Metropolitan Division. Now they find themselves in 5th place and on the outside of the playoff picture. Rangers looked hopeless and inconsistent, now they're clicking on all cylinders and find themselves in 3rd place of the Metro Div. Way these teams are playing I'm compelled to pick the Rangers to win this 4-2.

Wake up Caps. I don't get what's happened to this team over the past 4 games. When they lost to the Sharks they could've won that game, ditto against the Pens. Last 2 games they've been complete no shows.
