You think otherwise. Explain.

UCF - Finished last season 12-1. Return 9 starters on D and an experienced WR core

ECU - Finished last season 10-3. Return senior QB and have a lot of momentum going into this season

UNC - Finished last season 7-6. They return a lot of starters but haven't proven they can win consistently

UGA - Finished last season 8-5. Lost starting QB and half their Oline. QB is young and unproven

UF - Finished last season 4-8. They return a lot but can they stay healthy and Muschamp has yet to silence his doubters

Michigan - Finished last season 7-6. Gardner hasn't proven he can be consistent, their D needs to improve and Hoke is terrible

A&M - Finished last season 9-4. Lost 1# QB and 1# RB. The D needs to be more consistent.

The y-axis (admirable/embarrassing) is OFF the field stuff and the x-axis (powerhouse/weakling) is ON the field stuff. Both seem to consider more than one year (hence the UCF not a powerhouse).
