Depends... In the USC-w case the NCAA only allowed upperclassmen to transfer without sitting out a year. All recruits that signed were allowed to get out of their LOI, but the rest of the players on campus were left stranded. If NCAA does same thing, class of 2011 will be stranded.

I must be mistaken then. I thought that Seantrel Henderson signed with SC, then after the ruling transferred to the U. I don't know a helluva lot about the rules.

Seantrel was never enrolled and attending classes. He was just released from his LOI at USC-w and signed with Miami.

VT has put out a walk-on offer to a kicker that may be getting a scholarship offer next week. I doubt that an offer is given with numbers the way that they are.

Sadly VT hasn't really gone head-to-head with UNC for recruits this year. The biggest impact is this helps VT's chances at Edmunds since it seems his main finalists are VT, UNC, and UVA.

It's a different story if this firing happens last year.

Edmunds, Kirven, Harris and Mangus have mentioned UNC. the only current commit hat we were in the game with was Meredith, the TE but I think that USCe was his second.
