Im not sure how much we are in it for spence anymore (sounded good from the begining but i think he may have cooled on us a bit). I understand that Dooley doesnt have the big time offers or a bunch of stars beside his name, but the guy is athletic as hell, has a great frame for adding weight, and seems to be a perfect fit the direction we are headed for DE's.

FWIW: being local i doubt this is the 1st or even second time the staff has seen dooley. Im sure they've had time to do a proper eval by seeing him at @ least 2 camps, film, and may have even made the short drive down 460 to see him in a game or two.

Agreed. As far as Dooley playing Single A ball, like I said, Brandon Semones came from the same high school. I'd take 10 more Brandon Semoneses any day of the week.

I agree with everyones comments on Dooley. He plays here locally but I haven't heard much about him. Dakota Jackson is widely considered to be the top talent in SW VA this year. But he does have outstanding size and ability it seems. May turn out to be a good one. He does play for in the 1-A class but that doesn't mean that much. Trey Edmunds comes from a program that is a small school that has traditionally not been good. We will have to trust the coaches on this one but I would be open to a greyshirt.

I'm not exactly sure what you mean by 1-A in this post. When Jacob and I played at Franklin County, we were and still are a triple A program (Western Valley). Maybe you saw Franklin High School which is a single A program in the Eastern division?
