Shurburtt just said alabama was trending for kirven. Adamantly stated that he was not saying that he was an alabama lean.

Just a general observation, but don't forget that social media vehicles like DirectSnap.com report TRENDS of activity. If Bama supporters are hitting Twitter heavy, they will trend upward....but the information on which they're basing their comments is purely speculative in nature. The same goes for any other school or candidate "trending" on DS.com.

How many times have we seen reports on Twitter of some celebrity's sad demise only to find out somebody started a rumor to satisfy some personal itch?

i was about to ask what "trending" was. now that you've explained, i say whatevs .. any group of people could start trending anything .. we'll know soon enough. if we get 2/3 -- great .. if we get all 3 -- sweet!! if we only get 1, we'll take it but i'm sure everyone would be very disappointed .. like throwing-shit disappointed.
