I want to draft an MLB (so we'd have him for years kinda deal) but I've no objection to drafting an MLB and picking up Urlacher so he can mentor newbie.

For sure, whether they pick up Urlacher or not they'll need to draft one.
I'm thinking first 3 picks will go by best available at 3 positions, WR, DT and LB.
