And another thing that pisses me off..
When it's 3rd and 7, why are the WR's cutting the routs short? Get to the yard marker, then make your cut..

I've been thinking the same thing. It's frustrating.

They need to show some cojones and throw the ball down the damn field.

They'll call for Webb without a doubt, but I wouldn't change QB's now. With the defense giving up 2 or 3 80 yards drives every game and letting RB's run the field, it wouldn't matter who was QB.
They need to stick with Ponder or they have nothing to evaluate him on. They won't know if he is capable of pulling out of this crap fest he's feeding us. I hate to watch it, and get pissed every week, but the way the defense is playing, as well as Ponder the team isn't going anywhere this season anyway.

Sad but it's beginning to sink in. Nothing new for a Vikes fan.

Makes sense what you say about switching QB's. No point anyway.

Keep on truckin' and lets see what Ponder is really made of.

Or at least start Ponder every week. If he can't pull out of this funk, give Webb the second half. Then see what happens the following week..

Let Ponder know it's his team to run every week.

Well Ponder looked pretty good yesterday.
Stepped up in the pocket, didn't get flustered and fired some nice shots. Can they go on another win streak?? I hope so, although it's going to be very tough at Soldier Field.

Maybe he has been "locking" in on Harvin too much....getting tunnel-vision on him.

Big win tho

He's been leaving the pocket way too early the last few weeks. He rolls out, throws on the run and miss-fires. Yesterday he got back to trusting the o-line, stayed home and fired some strikes.

The biggest thing is he stayed focused down field, kept looking for a target as he stepped up in the pocket.
Lately he loses focus down field when he moves around.

No doubt PC,
Let's hope he can keep it up against the Bears and Houston defenses.
He's going to have to get the ball minimum 25 times a game vs those teams.

Well, nothing to get frustrated about today. Unless your fantasy teams have a bad week.

LOL, exactly PC..

On the very bright side, the Pack is not a very scary matchup at all. And who knows about the Bears, with Campbell that offense is a whole different animal. Vikes may just have a shot at the division after all, assuming of course, Ponder can string together consistency in the next few weeks...And not return to the form he had prior to last weeks game.

It's hard to get real excited with all the rookies on the team.
But on the other hand, if the rookies get confidence in a couple big divisional wins they could go on another nice win streak.

But...it's best to keep a level head. lol

CHICAGO (AP) -- Bears quarterback Jay Cutler says he is not sure if he will play this week after missing Monday's loss at San Francisco because of a concussion.

Cutler says on ESPN Radio's "Waddle & Silvy" show that he's feeling "as normal as can be" and will play again this season. But he "can't say for sure" he'll be ready for Minnesota this weekend.

Cutler says he's "going through the process" to get cleared to return. He met Monday with the doctor and still has some "hoops to jump through."

Cutler did not travel with the team to San Francisco after being injured the previous week on a helmet-to-helmet hit by Houston's Tim Dobbins in a loss to the Texans.

Jason Campbell started against the 49ers, and the Bears got pounded 32-7.
