Should be a very winnable game for the Vikes this Sunday but as we learned last week there are no "gimmies". Let's hope they show up.

I'm not a big fan of the Thursday night football thing. I think they should get rid of it.

Glad to see the Vikes back on Sunday the way it should be.

But but....that's when I go to the pub to watch football and have 35 cent wings..;-)

...And que the Joe Webb calls..

Ponder seems like a good kid....but did I read somewhere that's 2 games in a row with under 100 yds passing?! yikes! I honestly hope he can turn it around. That being said, I like what I've seen of Webb. Seems like a winner. Sooner or later Ponder is going to be held accountable tho..

Ponder is not a very good QB in this league. I'm sorry but he's just not, this is the 2nd season in a row where it seems he regresses as the season goes on. He is afraid to stand in the pocket and his execution is mediocre atbest. I'm not sure there is a QB in the NFL who's job is easier than Christian Ponders.

How many other QB's get to have single coverage every throw they make? Opposing teams continue to stack the box against us and Ponder still can't execute, it was a big reach when we took Ponder where we did and nothing has changed. It's time for Webb

Maybe being too smart is not good for an NFL QB.

Give us a dumb fucker who can throw and doesn't have so much concern for his well being.

Charge!

We've been there..Let's not forget Webb had the one good start against the Eagles then quickly turned into what we have in Ponder now.

I think Ponder just needs to react instead of thinking too much. For pete's sake he hesitated so much on one pass last week that AP damn near caught it out of bounds. He pump fakes when he should be releasing.

I'm willing to keep riding the Ponder train but the Webb calls were just mere whispers this week.

If Ponder keeps following this trend on Sunday those whispers will quickly become loud yells in the Metrodome stands.

I don't want to see this happen so I will hope for the best out of Ponder on Sunday.

They'll call for Webb without a doubt, but I wouldn't change QB's now. With the defense giving up 2 or 3 80 yards drives every game and letting RB's run the field, it wouldn't matter who was QB.
They need to stick with Ponder or they have nothing to evaluate him on. They won't know if he is capable of pulling out of this crap fest he's feeding us. I hate to watch it, and get pissed every week, but the way the defense is playing, as well as Ponder the team isn't going anywhere this season anyway.
