The state will only fund it with a roof. But Zygi might pay for a retractible roof. Most likely it will be another dome.

Personally I think the retractable roof would be a waste. Minnesota winters can just get brutal so I would rather keep it indoor.

Zygi would rather have no roof at all, but the state said no dice, it's gotta have a roof.
I think he wants to have a Pro soccer team play there. And they have to play outside per their rules I guess. So he might pony up for a retractable.
