I'm sure it would only be open if it's an advantage. If they're playing the Pack or Bears it wouldn't make sense to open it in shitty weather, but if they're playing the Cowboys or Niners it would give them an advantage.

I'm taking the wife, preggo belly and all, out to Target Field for a game in less than a month. Gonna check out the finale of the Phillies/Twins series.

Gotta figure out a good place to stop for lunch once we get into town before we check into the hotel and head to the game. Any ideas? Trying to find a cool place with some good grub that's not far off the beaten path and that is NOT a chain.

Not sure on a place downtown PC. The only times I get down there is for Vikes or Twins games. Vikes games I tailgate and eat what we grill, and Twins games I eat at the ballpark.
