Yeah, the Vikes want open but the state wants a dome. It sounds like the Wilfs want a soccer team to play there. If that's the case, they'll have to have a retractable roof because soccer has to be played outside evidentaly. The Wilfs would have to pay for that.

This retractable roof thing seems a little pointless if everyone wants the games played in the open air. Would they profit from closed roof events for three months of the year? Are they going to close it in extreme conditions?

Maybe if this soccer organization is willing to help out with the cost of a retractable roof I could see it but if not just put a lid on it. Fuck sitting out in the cold. Plus I would like to see the tradition of Vikes fans on their home field being louder than all others.
