The Tampa Bay Lightning have signed Victor Hedman to an 8-year extension worth $63 million which equates to $7.875 million per season. Great news! first Stamkos signs a very team friendly deal and now Hedman.

Just in comparison Subban signed an 8 year in 2014 which was $9 mill per so great job by Stevie Y to get Hedman at the deal he did, give him GM of the year now!
