Yeah, mostly. This is actually a draft I would okay with.

If this draft worked out like this, I wouldn't complain at all. This is actually a draft I would okay with.
It did say that resigning one of the outgoing OTs would be required.Yeah, mostly.
Copy that.It did say that resigning one of the outgoing OTs would be required.
I think the focus should be on resigning Trent Brown rather than McDermott. It did say that resigning one of the outgoing OTs would be required.
I think if they can win the FA WR battle that gives us more options. We have spoke of this, there are three available that can make this offense better especially if we draft one in a deep WR classThe best deal that could possibly happen would be with the Commanders for #4, #36, #37. They would do it to get Latham and keep the patriots from taking him.
At #4 the Patriots could still get a top QB and then with #34, #36, #37 in the second round, get two OT and a WR or TE.
More than likely, trade that #4, #108 to the NYG for #8, 43.
At #8 they should be able to get Bo Nix or Jayden Daniels and then turn all of their attention to an OL rebuild in Round 2 with #34, #36, #37, #43

I'm sure that there will be teams looking to throw a bucket of 3rds, 4ths, and later picks to get any of these early 2nd round picks.
This story of BB being gone presented itself again today in the media. From what's being said "Mostly Curran", the decision to rid the franchise of BB was made after the loss to the Colts. Out of respect for BB and to determine if the Pats can gain picks for him it's all been very hush hush.I think that most of us believe that BB will not be doing the drafting this year. Bu what if Kraft decides to keep him and not throw away his $25M salary?
Do you think that Bill would do what 90% of Patriots' fans think he should do and draft a QB or an OT with that 2nd pick?
Or would he trade down and then throw out a curve ball and take Kool-Aid McKinstry CB ALA 6'1" 195 and #12 on the PFF Big Board?
That would give him an incredible pair of CBs and a draft pick that he'd feel more than comfortable making.

100% of the 1 I've seen has us trading up to 1 so we can be sure to nab Nix.99% of mocks I see have the Pats taking Drake Maye. I have to wonder if BB is canned and a new coach + GM are hired if the Kraft's will attempt to push the new GM in this direction?
Be nice........................100% of the 1 I've seen has us trading up to 1 so we can be sure to nab Nix.
