Buzz is going to put together his coaching staff, and then he's going to fill the spots in the roster. Then he's going to coach them into a team.

I'd have loved for all of JJs core recruits to have stayed, but it doesn't appear that Buzz is going to blow a lot of sunshine up their butts. His style isn't going to be a lot like JJs. He's going to build a team. The one he wants. He has some high expectations, and the status quo isn't going to cut it.

I believe he can do it, and I also believe that he's going to do it.
