My bad. No Bama didn’t play an OOC ranked opponent last season.aTm plays in the SEC they would not be an OOC game for Bama

Sssssshh you are going to kill AG’s PAC boner before he can finish.I always felt like its a misleading brag anyway.
Scheduling an FCS team for the first time in program history.
the split was 1978.
USC has played schools that are now in the in the FCS before the split.
Boise did also finish ranked EOY in 2007. Roll tide stated no counting bowl games so that would mean no rankings based on bowl results by his standard. My bad. No Bama didn’t play an OOC ranked opponent last season.
But that’s not an end of year ranking though. The BCS did not and never did an end of year ranking.Boise did also finish ranked EOY in 2007. Roll tide stated no counting bowl games so that would mean no rankings based on bowl results.
Give me a bit I can edit that on wiki.....SC is new to the bake sale format.Did Bama or Clemson play an EOY ranked OOC team last year. You’ve been very helpful![]()
I think his point is that USC has always thrown this out there and has a holier than thou attitude. UDUB, does not. In my experience. It's hilarious that AG has such an issue w/ teams playing FCS opponents while ignoring the fact his Huskies also play an FCS team this year (E. Washington). And here are some other FCS teams the Huskies have played recently.
2018- N. Dakota
2017- Montana
2016- Idaho AND Portland St.
2015- Sacramento St.
2014- E. Washington
2013- Idaho
2012- Portland St.

Sorry. I meant to say 2013.I just checked. Boise St. was not ranked in any EOS polls in 2019.
Than bowl games would not be excluded and Washington’s definitely beaten a EOY ranked team well within 17 years. If bowls aren’t being counted EOY is end of the regular season not the end of Bowl season. I’m using the formula givenBut that’s not an end of year ranking though. Just keep waving that PAC12 flag, baby.Than bowl games would not be excluded and Washington’s definitely beaten a EOY ranked team well within 17 years. If bowls aren’t being counted EOY is end of the regular season not the end of Bowl season. I’m using the formula given

If that's true, fair enough. I just see it as hypocritical by USC and their chest pounding over the last twenty years.AG's been on a hypocritical crusade against all teams that play an FCS opponent for a while now. And I've never seen him mention his own Huskies while badmouthing teams for something his team does.

Well they have been playing the holier than everyone over not playing FCS teams. How exactly has USC been thumping their chests for the last 20 years? Just wondering.

My argument is if you schedule Minn or Boston College or Syracuse five for six years ahead then there is a chance they could be decent by then or at least have some NFL players at key spots. But if you schedule Citadel, Charleston Southern, Chattanooga or Towsend there's no chance you will find a heartbeat ever.I would say that UC Davis is probably a tougher foe than some of the OOC opponents USC scheduled in the past like the Minnesota and Syracuse teams that USC scheduled 5-10 years ago. Those teams were terrible. (I know both have improved in recent history).
Quote the opposite actually. I would love to knock Washington.Tbh I have no idea why one would focus on Washington’s history. To the point they need to shift 20 goal posts. And claim something as fact with a nonsense formula. In a thread about SC’s history. In regards to playing an FCS team for the first time .....Just keep waving that PAC12 flag, baby.
