If you have to resort to “we play more conference games” that’s worse than nut hugging. If you have to resort to rooting for your rival, you're nutswinging, regardless of your team's accomplishments.
Not a fan of Washington or the conference thing. But quick look Udubs beat EOY 19th ranked Boise State in 2013 OOC. Well under 17 years fwiw.
That “stat line” is actually incorrect. Washington beat Boise State to open the season in 2013. Boise State ended the season ranked 19th. That would only be 5 years ago. There may be more since only looked quick , but claiming Washington hasn’t beaten a EOY ranked OOC opponent in 17 years is incorrect.
So I know that isn’t good, but how different is that from other fbs teams?
To be fair, Idaho was an FBS program from 1996 through 2017; and they actually beat Colorado St. in the 2016 Famous Idaho Potato Bowl. They didn't return to FCS status until 2018.It's hilarious that AG has such an issue w/ teams playing FCS opponents while ignoring the fact his Huskies also play an FCS team this year (E. Washington). And here are some other FCS teams the Huskies have played recently.
2018- N. Dakota
2017- Montana
2016- Idaho AND Portland St.
2015- Sacramento St.
2014- E. Washington
2013- Idaho
2012- Portland St.

Same planet where Oregon state is FCS....I told you I looked quick.....2007 Washington played Boise State who finished “ranked” at the end of the year in the “BCS rankings” well under 17 years....Wouldn’t be surprised to find more tbh. Are we using FCS rankings too? Fairly sure Clemson didn’t play a EOY ranked team at all last year....SC was Baja’s top ranked EOY opponent in 2016.Maybe we can discuss FCS teams bowl records too smh..... No need to fret SC is joining the bake sale. Now if Swanny can get SC on an 8 game schedule or to go IndyNext time check before you post this shit twice....Again, It has been almost 18 years for an regular season opponent, and the only ranked opponent they have beaten OOC is 2010 Nebraska. Unless you want to start counting ranked FCS teams I suggest you do better research.
Well let’s unpack this post. First off the “final BCS” standings was done on December 2nd, 2007 and they were ranked 24th.Same planet where Oregon state is FCS....I told you I looked quick.....2007 Washington played Boise State who finished “ranked” at the end of the year in the “BCS rankings” well under 17 years....Wouldn’t be surprised to find more tbh. Give me a bit I can edit that on wiki.....SC is new to the bake sale format.Did Bama or Clemson play an EOY ranked OOC team last year. You’ve been very helpfulWell let’s unpack this post. First off the “final BCS” standings was done on December 2nd, 2007 and they were ranked 24th.

Next, Boise State lost their bowl game against East Carolina so my guess is if the BCS did an after bowl game ranking, which they don’t, they would have fallen out of the rankings.

AP poll or the list of your favorite teams rotated over the last 17 years? You would be wrong. The Tigers had regular season wins against #15 Syracuse and #16 Texas A&M.
As you can see here, yes both teams played aTm and they were ranked as well as Syracuse being ranked for Clemson.Give me a bit I can edit that on wiki.....SC is new to the bake sale format.Did Bama or Clemson play an EOY ranked OOC team last year. You’ve been very helpful![]()
Washington didn’t play Boise State in 2019 :dud:I just checked. Boise St. was not ranked in any EOS polls in 2019.
aTm plays in the SEC they would not be an OOC game for BamaAs you can see here, yes both teams played aTm and they were ranked as well as Syracuse being ranked for Clemson.
Clemson’s No. 1, but lol at the final AP Poll’s TIE at No. 7
