The NFL needs leaders and strategists with actual talent, not glad-handing suckups who luck into big programs that pay the biggest bribes to the the best players and stack the deck in their favor. The NFL isn't perfect but at least it's not that blatantly corrupt.

As much as I like to make fun of the Jags, they need to turn this thing around and I would love to see them have a revival under a coach like Pederson or Bienemy. I don't think it will be a defensive minded coach like Bowles, though I like him too. I think they need an offensive guru, especially one with a track record of working with young Qbs.
