I expected Fangio to be a good DC in Miami and I'm stunned that they're letting him walk away for nothing.

I think the game has passed him a bit, his style not well suited for todays game, JMO. I will add the injuries killed the Fins.

Doubt it. A good coordinator would develop schemes to the strength if his players. The better the players, the better results from his schemes..... no?
