1 and 5 might work, but I don't really like 5 all that much.
2) How would you even determine if it is a shot on goal or a cross? Most are obvious, but there are enough that are not that I don't think it would be possible.
3) I don't think this would have the impact you think it would. It would just change the way defense is played. I would think it would make break aways much harder because the defense would always be further back to keep the offensive player in front of them.
4) This completely fundamentally changes the core nature of the game. Possession is such a huge part of the game. Teams have to keep possession to create chances. You would actually be making it a lot harder to score because you are compacting the playing field. Teams pack it in defensively when they are clearly outmatched making it much harder for the other team to score. This would just make all teams do the same thing.
2) Perhaps better is to limit the goalie's use of hands to just the goal box.
3) The yin to that yang is that it would stretch the defense, and keep them from compacting in just the goal area.
4) Perhaps designate two offensive and two defensive players on each team that can't cross the midline. This would coordinate with the relaxed or eliminated offside rule.
