That was as ugly an offensive performance as ive seen from Seattle....But alas they still got the W. I sort of thought it was going to be tough sledding, the Rams d line gave Seattles starting line fits last year, this year going against the 2nd string was even uglier.

The nation got a glimpse of how bad the oline play in Seattle has been due to injury and they are still 7-1 so that is very positive.

Giacomini and Okung can't get back soon enough!

Road win is a win though so put it in the column and move on.

Obviously any win is a good win even if it is ugly but I think against actual starting quarterbacks that can put up some points on the board that is a loss every time for the Seahawks. I would say not only did they struggle on offense because of the protection problems but they also struggled on defense for some reason in stopping the run even though I would think they knew the Rams were going to run because of lack of an actual passing attack.

The biggest concern to me is not the protection side of it as their 2 starting Tackles will be back most likely at some point this season but it is the fact that until they do Wilson is going to be taking hits left and right and that will wear on any quarterback to get hit like he has over the last few weeks. Playing in such a physical division with every team in the NFC West having pretty decent DL's that can get after the quarterback could make life difficult.

Stopping the run gets harder and harder the longer the defense has to stay on the field. The time of possession was almost a 2:1 ratio in favor of the Rams. All Seattle has to do to get a better run defense is to have a better offense, period.

I agree having a better offense would be huge but right now missing the two OT's means there is going to be pressure on Wilson for a while. It also means teams will try to load up the box and force the Seahawks to have to beat them over the top. Until they prove they can do that on a more consistent basis I can see this Seahawk offense struggling. Now thankfully for them help is on the way with Harvin and the two tackles expected to return.

Ravens won the SB by playing UGLY football....lead the NFL in penalties last year, had a QB that didn't put up great stats, and had an average defense.

Rice is gone for the year now, and Harvin is more of a short pass make people miss player than deep threat. Obviously you'd prefer to have both, but Harvin is a much better threat and playmaker when he's on the field.

Please, if the Rams QB, Clemens even had half a clue the Seahawks would have left St. Louis with a loss. Seahawk fans should send Clemens thank you cards and letters.

Well Rice is a get blanketed by anybody anywhere on the field receiver at this point so it's no big loss. I honestly think the knee was screwed up before the game because he's been awful all season.

Oh well. Moving forward.

7-1 is fine with me. 0-7 Bucs coming into the Clink doesn't worry me one bit either.
