One thing we have working for us is Steven Atwater is now working with the team . He loves Atwater like a Dad

Also keep in mind with Roby. We picked up his 5th year option so he won't be a FA after this year, so we have some time to work a deal and decide what type of deal we want with him. Obviously this will be a big year for him as to if we throw big money at him or let him hit the open market after 2018 season. But we also have two seasons to decide if needed. Ideally, be nice to see him have a hell of a season and wrap him up before next year even approaches. If he is up and down obviously wait.

I would like to see the NFL adopt a "Home town Hero" tag per say. With this the team can resign 1 of their own players with a percentage of the contract or 1st year not counting against the cap. It would keep some of the stars where they were drafted potentially.
