Two year extension for Bradford

Just curious, I've seen a number of references to SB's performance in his last seven games as being some kind of turning point in his season. I looked at his stats for those games, looks pretty mediocre, especially considering there were some blowouts. What is there I'm missing? I don't blame the Eagles for signing him, they had few choices.

He was moving well and putting the ball on the money. He didn't light it up every week. No QB does that. The people that don't like Bradford were comparing him to fictional QBs in their imagination. And even more absurd they pretended one of these never-miss-even-one-throw QBs would be easy to get. LOL.

Not sure why you think this cancels out taking a QB this year. You still want to get a young kid in here to groom and be able to take over next year or the year after.

Who is this Benjamin guy? What he says in that tweet isn't correct unless he had other information that I don't. The dead money on the 2017 books would be 9.5m if the Eagles walked away (4 million guaranteed + 5.5 prorated SB).

So if 12.5 mill is the cap hit this year then are we looking at a 26.5 million hit next year if we keep him or a 9.5 million in dead money if we cut him?
