A couple memorabilia vendors at Redsfest had some of the old seats displayed for sale. The County plans to auction off seats to fans in an attempt to recoup some of the cost. It's only the back and seat molds, no frame, so it's not much of a seat really.

You used to see a few old Crosley seats around the area. There was a display with original Crosley Field seats at the Phillip Supply Co. Unfortunately being made of wood they literally rotted away. They replaced them with red Riverfront Stadium seats. You still see the Riverfront seats in quite a few different places around town.

I know a guy who bought 4 of the old seats from old Comiskey Park. Paid about $250 for them. That was a lot of years ago -- maybe 20.
