O-line seemed to take a step back this week.
Skill players were meh. They look slow to me.

Defense showed some good stuff, with a few busts .

They didn't look great for sure. They were inconsistent at best. Some plays there were huge holes, others there was nothing.
Still an improvement over last year, but there is some work to do.

Defense is looking good. Offense is running on a guy who didn't get reps until a few days before the season started.
They looked better against Colorado but that just may be because Troy is a better team than Colorado.

I love watching the defense. They are having fun. Offense will catch up. May not be this year. That depends on AM's health but next year we'll have Martinez and Noah. I'm guessing by November if Martinez stays healthy this thing will be clicking, then next year...

edit: I do have to say that last touchdown drive of Troys baffled me. Diod our defense wear out?
