I'm sure some people will find this sacrilegious but if he continues to play great I think we give Stephenson a real shot next year. The past 2 weeks he's looked really good so if he's finally getting it it can only help us.

If you will remember, we put a claim in for Dielman after the Bengals cut him on final cutdown days. The Rams also claimed him and had a higher claim... They then cut him after a few weeks and he went back to the Bengals PS.
Seems like a player Elway has always wanted to take a look at.
He likes players from Utah.
I think Elway likes Mormons.Plus I'm sure it helps players like Bolles and Booker to practice around players they know so well.

Seems strange to me. Yes, living at altitude your blood adjusts. But you don’t have to be out of altitude long to re-adjust to lower levels. He likes those guys that are used to playing at altitude. I've heard that is actually somethign they put on the pros and cons side of things when evaluating a player. It is something that is an adjustment for players so getting a guy who is used to it day 1 helps.
I agree a weird thing to consider.Seems strange to me. Yes, living at altitude your blood adjusts. But you don’t have to be out of altitude long to re-adjust to lower levels.

It's said he doesn't like Alabama players because they're used up before they get to the NFL
