I agree, although I never participated in your "what if" regarding what Gallo would do while here.

.240 would work for me. I'm thinking 4/5 HRs, with 12 or so RBI.

It's all part of the process, which is key.

Chi Chi reminds me of Martinez - in his demeanor - but with more polish. Meaning, Gonzalez has # 2 type potential, whereas I don't see this with Marty.

You wonder if he was working on specific pitches like pitchers do in ST in anticipation of his call to the majors. Certainly would've skewed his results a bit.

I mentioned when we first got the news of his call-up that he's been working on specific things and not to harp on his ERA. I heard it on the radio.
