Bengals favored by 3.5 and o/u is 44.5

Bengals 24.0
Bucs 20.5

no need to watch now, vegas has spoken.
not sure where the .5 comes from, but I'm sure it will happen.
one of the refs will be drunk and score .5 points for a rouge cfl style.

According to my power ratings, Bengals -6/42 Projected Score 24-18

I also ran the game using outplay ratings, Bengals away vs Tampa Bay at home and it came up 27-7 Bengals. Tampa Bay has been horrible at home vs mediocre competition overall, while the Bengals have played a pretty tough road schedule and actually have better outplay ratings on the road than at home where everyone thinks they are strong, this despite getting blown out twice in their two road losses.

Bengals on the road:3-2 record

Scoring 17.8 giving up 21.8

Road opponents (pf/pa) in home games:

Baltimore (26/10.6)
New England(35.1/17.3)
Indy(26.3/17.5)
New Orleans(27/25.2)
Houston (20.4/21.8)

Opponent averages 27.1/18.5
Bengals outplay ratings offense -0.7 defense +5.3

Tampa Bay 0-5 at home with average score (15.6/26.6)

Opponents road averages

Atlanta (18.9/25.7)
Minnesota (16.8/19.8)
Baltimore (27.5/25.8)
St Louis (17.5/25.5)
Carolina (21/34.4)

Overall opponent averages (20.3/26.2)

Tampa Bay home outplay ratings -10.6 offense -6.3 defense

Away teams average score in NFL games this season is 21.4.....the formula is to add the away teams offense rating and then subtract the home team's defense rating.....21.4 + (-0.7) - (-6.3) = 27.0 points for the Bengals.

Home teams average score in NFL games this season is 23.9.....23.9+(-10.6)-(6.3) = 7.0

Bengals 27 Tampa Bay 7 according to the outplay ratings.......

Okay, the projected final score is actually 27-8 Bengals. I made a couple of mistakes in transcription and couldn't get it edited in time.

Funny you went up with the fix. After reading your first post I was thinking it should be more like 27-9...and then you came back with this. Pretty close.

You're 2/3 of the way there with Dalton.......

I think everyone knew Dalton was throwing picks today..... It had been almost a month.
