Lot of big decisions coming the next couple days for Marquette.

We are deeply involved in Turner, Burton, DeJulius and Carton.

Ultimately I think we get 2.

Turner and Burton announce tomorrow and I think they end up at Miizzou(dumb) and TT(smart but dumb if pace of play was truly his reason for leaving).

That leaves DeJulius and Carton. If we miss the other 2 I think we get DeJulius forsure and I still feel good about Carton.

With him staying at BG, 5 of their top 6 leading scorers return. I can see them getting the auto bid next season from that conference. Honestly out of his finalists BG probably has the best odds on making the tournament next year. Still don't know what Marquette will look like losing Howard.

Well had we got Turner we'd be competent badly need a guard. And if Carton(all signs are if he does decide to play college next year he will be eligible). were to follow then we'd be real good.

Bowling Green will probably win their league. But why put on the circus? 5 min of fame? He knew damn well he couldnt visit these schools with everything going on so makes no sense.

I woulda been more mad if he went to Money Bags Cuonzo tho. Cause that team legit sucks. At least hes staying put, I just don't know why he teased the idea to begin with. He had no shortage of options.

We landed Jalen Tate so I was looking at his stats from the last few years - he shot 41% from three in 2018-19 but only 18% last year. Not sure I've ever seen that big of a discrepancy from one year to the next.

He basically just said that it probably woulda been Marquette had he been able to take a visit and there was no virus

UHHHHHHH...this was all well known before he decided to transfer. Virus and no visits

Which also basically state he didnt return because of his teammates and school.

Good player, but mentally it seems like hes best off going for the 1/3 chance he can beat Buffalo and Akron in March in front of 1,000 fans.

Honestly, I think talent wise he's better than Markus.

If hes mentally up to it, every thing I am hearing is he will play this year. But honestly I think he probably goes pro after 1.

I think Mane goes to MSU but we are still in it and if we get Mane we will have a quality squad. Makes the Turner decision more baffling tho.
