Awful news. Sounds like it happened making a cut which is never a good sign. Hope for good news and a speedy recovery.
It is awful news. Everyone loves TP. Speedy recovery. It’s a deep room, but we don’t need to start with a run on injuries.

Sucks to see Patrick go down, the immediately vaults Jeudy to #2 and Hamler to #3 so I hope they’re ready.

Between the 20's I have really little concerns with TP being gone. Having 2 guys on the outside 6'4" or taller though was a nice advantage with Wilson's love of throwing up the 50/50 ball. Could see Tyrie Cleveland getting a few more of those snaps or them going to a ton of 2-TE looks when they get into goal line situations.

Definitely Jeudy to 2, but I'm going to reserve judgement on Hamler at 3 for now. Washington is looking really good.

Wouldn’t be the worst thing to ease Hamler back.

add in #80 with a lingering hammy so that’s also concerning as the rook is now 14 hours of NFL practice behind. a month suggests a lingering deep hammy issue.

A good rto le on players who are impressing:

Despite being one of the more lauded picks in the Broncos’ 2022 draft class, Damarri Mathis had a pretty slow start to camp. He wasn’t bad by any means, but he didn’t have the big flashes so many of the other young players had already enjoyed.

That changed on Tuesday, as Mathis was remarkable and helped ease the loss of K’Waun Williams for the defense.

With the pads coming on, Mathis was able to press receivers at the line more and disrupt their play even more throughout the rep.

This was on full display on back-to-back reps, which saw Mathis notch two pass breakups, against two of camp’s better performers.

First, on a quick slant to Montrell Washington, Mathis disrupted Washington’s release and then was right there at the catch point with contact, preventing Washington from hauling in a pass thrown behind him.

Next, Johnson targeted Trey Quinn down the sideline, with Mathis in coverage. Mathis squeezed Quinn out towards the sideline in textbook fashion, and then contested the catch beautifully, ultimately resulting in another pass breakup.

The Broncos will need Mathis to continue on this course, considering they don’t have many corners that project to be quality nickels. Mathis is one of them.

Will be interesting to see how Wilson does with Denver this year. Pretty loaded roster for the Broncos, no?
Fingers crossed the roster isn't loaded with IR designations by the first game.

From denverbroncos.com:

Denver signed free agent running back Max Borghi, the team announced Wednesday.

Borghi, an undrafted rookie from Arvada, Colorado, played his college football at Washington State. As a senior, Borghi rushed for 880 yards and 12 touchdowns and also caught 16 passes for 156 yards. He posted another 800-yard rushing season in 2019 and scored 16 total touchdowns as a true sophomore.

I think it’s cool that Hamler has taken Washington under his tutelage to show him the ropes and help him improve.

Been good to hear a few guys stepping into leadership more this season. Patrick was one that some of the other young players had mentioned. Hamler now with Washington and loved hearing Hamler left practice to go be with Patrick for a bit.

Very sad about Patrick and Crockett. Crockett probably hurts me more then most... Was a big fan of his at Missouri.

Max Borghi has been signed. A good receiver out of the backfield. Not the special teams guy Crockett is though.
