Healy is hilarious. When the Leafs are losing he completely disassociates himself with them and scrutinizes every mistake with complete scoren. When they're winning, you'd think he was still the back up goalie.

All I know is Reimer looks like a legit #1 goalie. He made 49 saves tonight. How far they go depends on who they play in round 1. Matchups do matter. Right now they would play Boston. Of course there's hockey to be played yet. We shall see.

Reimer has been excellent. Just don't use tonight's stats as a barometer.

The Sens dominated territorial play but they never created great chances. The Leafs got lucky and the Sens didn't have the skill to get around that.

I'm happy for the good true Leafs fans that are not arrogant assholes. The one's that love the team they never get to see play at home because the corporate giants bought up the over priced seats to talk business and pay no attention to the game.

The fans that couldn't afford the seats even if they were available. I once heard what it cost to take a family of four to a Leafs game and by the time you pay for the tickets, park and go to the concession stand you've maxed out your credit card.

Congrats to the good Leafs fans (here's to you BB) and good luck in the playoffs.

My sympathies go out to the other Canadians (esp the cities that have a team in the playoffs) that will be buried by HNIC and TSN in Maple Leaf juice until they're eliminated. The Habs will get their fair share of coveragel. Good luck to your teams as well.

There's a few things that I'd view as red flags:

1) General inconsistency, but in a shortened season, it's easy to dismiss this.
2) Getting outshot often. THIS is a big one. Playoffs are a different game, and that shows me that they're opportunistic. That's great, but you can't bank on that in a seven game series.
3) Goaltending. Not as big of a question mark as I thought, especially in light of #2, but still "unproven" going into the postseason.

We'll see who they matchup against...because honestly a lot of the East is up in the air. Boston is skidding a bit of late (beating FLA now in hopes to end it), Pittsburgh still has the looming pressure of the past 3 years of failure in the second season, SE division winner is still the SE division winner (although I don't wanna face the Caps...at all), etc.

The Sens & Hurricanes have put a lot of rubber on opposing goalies without scoring a lot of goals lately. Reimer got the job done. Hopefully for the Leafs sake he plays well in the playoffs so the Luongo rumors stop completely.
